A Shared Commitment

Participation in Five Star Exotic Cars events may require drivers and passengers to review event-specific rules, responsibilities, risks, and waiver terms before joining the experience.
Participation is voluntary and subject to the event-specific waiver, event instructions, ticket requirements, and applicable venue rules.
When a waiver is required, the Events system records the acknowledgment against the participant’s My Five Star account and the applicable event.
Drivers are responsible for licensing, registration, insurance, vehicle condition, and lawful operation at all times.
Passengers must follow event instructions, behave respectfully, and acknowledge applicable event risks before participating.
All participants agree to respect event staff, other attendees, venues, partners, and the wider community.
Key Guidelines
For every Five Star event.
All public-road events require compliance with speed limits, signals, lane rules, and local traffic laws.
Follow staging, route, parking, arrival, and safety instructions provided by event staff.
Street racing, burnouts, unsafe passing, or aggressive driving that puts others at risk is not permitted.
Stay on designated routes and respect venue rules, neighborhoods, businesses, and property.
Drivers are responsible for maintaining the insurance, registration, and documentation required for their vehicle.
Be a positive ambassador for Five Star Exotic Cars and protect the reputation of the community.
License & Insurance
Drivers must maintain a valid license, current vehicle registration, and required insurance coverage.
Road Safety
Drive within your limits, obey the law, maintain safe spacing, and prioritize the safety of everyone around you.
Group Etiquette
Stay with the group, respect fellow members, communicate clearly, and help create a welcoming environment.
Photography Consent
Events may be photographed or recorded. Any applicable photography or media-release consent is governed by the current waiver and event-specific terms presented to the participant.
Online Event Waiver
When an event requires a waiver, the Five Star Events system presents the current event-specific waiver on that event page before checkout can continue.

Do I need to sign a waiver for every event?
Not every event has to require a waiver. When an event is configured as waiver-required, the current event-specific waiver must be acknowledged before eligible ticket checkout can continue.
Can passengers join?
Passengers may be permitted depending on the event. Passenger limits, age restrictions, ticket requirements, and waiver requirements should be shown on the individual event page.
What documents do I need?
Drivers should be prepared to provide any license, vehicle registration, insurance, or other documentation required by the specific event or venue.
What happens if weather changes?
Five Star may modify routes, delay, postpone, relocate, or cancel activities when conditions make the planned event unsuitable or unsafe.
Where can I see waivers I already acknowledged?
Signed-in users can review available waiver history in My Five Star → Waivers.
Why am I being asked to acknowledge a waiver again?
Acknowledgment applies to the specific event waiver version and content recorded when you signed. If the version or waiver content changes, a new acknowledgment may be required.
Can Five Star use event photos?
Any photography or promotional consent depends on the media-release language contained in the applicable event waiver or event terms. Review the current waiver presented for the event before acknowledging it.
